1. About Minglee

Minglee is operated by:

In these Terms, "Minglee", "we", "our" and "us" refer to the operator of the Platform. "User", "you" and "your" refer to anyone accessing or using Minglee.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You are creating an account for yourself.
• You will not impersonate another individual.
• You will comply with applicable laws.

We may request additional verification or take action against accounts suspected of belonging to underage individuals. If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may restrict or terminate that account and take appropriate action regarding its information.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access Minglee, you may register using supported authentication methods, including Google Sign-In or mobile number verification.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Not share your account with another person.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Maintain accurate profile information.
• Use only one personal account unless otherwise permitted.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account, subject to applicable law and our security obligations. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, impersonation, unauthorized access or misuse.

4. Creating Your Profile

Minglee allows users to create profiles containing information such as name and age, gender and dating preferences, profile photographs, city or general location, relationship intentions, interests and hobbies, and optional profile descriptions.

You agree that:

• Your photographs must represent you accurately.
• You must not upload photographs without appropriate rights or permission.
• Your profile must not contain false or misleading information.
• You must not impersonate another person.
• You must not publish another person's private information without permission.

You control the profile information you choose to provide, subject to the Platform's functionality and safety requirements.

5. Matching and Discovery

Minglee allows users to discover other profiles, like or pass on profiles, receive likes, create mutual matches, view their matches, and explore available profile information. A match may be created when two users express mutual interest through the Platform.

Minglee does not guarantee:

• That you will receive likes or matches.
• That another user will respond to your messages.
• That a match will lead to a friendship, relationship or meeting.
• That every profile or user-provided statement is genuine.

You are responsible for deciding whether to interact with another user.

6. Messaging and Sharing

Matched users may communicate through private conversations. Depending on available features, users may send text messages, share photographs, share videos, share documents, share links, and share Minglee profiles.

You must not use messaging or sharing features to distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or non-consensual content. You must respect other users' privacy and communication preferences.

Minglee may review content where reasonably necessary to investigate reports, enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with legal obligations, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Harass, threaten, intimidate or stalk another user.
2. Engage in hate speech or discriminatory abuse.
3. Create fake accounts or impersonate people.
4. Use Minglee for scams, fraud or financial exploitation.
5. Request money through deceptive or coercive behaviour.
6. Share non-consensual intimate images.
7. Distribute sexually exploitative content or content involving minors.
8. Upload malware or harmful files.
9. Spam users or send unsolicited promotional messages.
10. Collect other users' information without authorization.
11. Attempt to bypass security or access restricted systems.
12. Manipulate matches, likes or other Platform features.
13. Use automated bots or scripts without our permission.
14. Violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
15. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We may take appropriate action against violations.

8. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Minglee, subject to any rights belonging to other parties. By uploading content, you grant Minglee a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, display your profile to permitted users, deliver messages, provide sharing functionality, moderate reported content, and maintain security.

This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where temporary retention is reasonably required for backups, dispute resolution, security or legal compliance.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of Minglee is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, when information may be shared, and how you can manage your information or request account deletion.

10. Free Services and Future Changes

Minglee currently provides its core dating features free of charge. These include profile creation, profile discovery, likes and mutual matches, messaging, and media/profile sharing. We do not require payment to unlock these core features.

We will not treat your use of existing free features as consent to an undisclosed payment. Any future paid features, if introduced, will be clearly identified before purchase and governed by separate terms.

11. Safety and User Interactions

Your safety matters to us. However, Minglee cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct or background of every user.

• Avoid sharing passwords, OTPs or financial information.
• Avoid sending money to people you meet online.
• Be cautious when sharing personal information.
• Arrange first meetings in public places.
• Inform someone you trust before meeting another user.
• Report suspicious, abusive or fraudulent accounts.
• Block users who make you uncomfortable.

You are responsible for your decisions and interactions with other users.
